"The service at EAST is abysmal. The waitstaff spend more time chatting among themselves than attending to customers, and they never check in on how the food is or if you need anything else. There never seems to be a manager available to address concerns in the restaurant. We used to visit every week, but we finally reached our limit with the poor service."

"You might not think Hackettstown would be home to a great sushi and steak house, but you'd be wrong. The menu is amazing, you can literally pick from over 50 different kinds of sushi rolls. We opted for a sushi platter and were not disappointed. The fish was fresh and delicious. The owner even came by to check that everyone was happy with their meals. Looking forward to coming back."

"I wanted to try this place because we love to eat sushi. I don’t mind paying for it but I don’t think it was all that good The place was very crowded. Very small noise levels high. You could barely talk. The tables are on top of each other, we were three and spent almost $300 and the food was not that great. The service was bad I don’t think I’ll come back again."

"The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The Crab Rangoons are always fresh and delicious, with a more prominent cream cheese flavor than crab. The Vegetable Tempura was decent, but the standout dish is the Angel Hair Sushi. Both the Mexican roll and Philly roll are also quite tasty."

"Food is wonderful and they offer a good variety. However, when the restaurant starts to fill up with folks, it gets a little spotty with food arriving on time. Everything came but we had to ask for this or that of what was ordered. They need at least two more servers on the weekend."

"I'm generally sceptical of half-priced sushi, but Massago is my go-to-sushi spot when I'm in Morristown. With party plates that can feed a pack of piranhas and excellent rice and pasta dishes, Massago does not let you be disappointed.... or hunger"
