"3.5 Stars: Loved being able to join the waitlist in the drive down. By the time we got there and checked in, our table was ready well within the estimated time for a Saturday night dinner. Give yourself enough time to park. For the number of restaurants in this plaza, parking is a bit tight. My favorites were the Fresh Oyster and Baby O Toro. Their nigiri isn't quite seasoned where you don't need soy sauce but fresh and pretty good texture. It was my first time trying Blue Shrimp and it was a bit chewy, I prefer Amaebi more. The King Crab remix is interesting. Layers of salmon, avocado, scallop and king crab... a huge size so I split it into smaller bites.Nice service but I found that once we ordered, it felt a bit slow. It was a pretty busy night. With their $43 omakase, it seems like a good value but we didn't try this. Probably why it's popular."
