"I think they have lowered the flavor and quality of the food. The tepanyaki wasn't as good, and the tapioca ice cream had very little tapioca. Overall, I believe they have lowered their standards a bit."

"Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We ordered teppanyaki and the chef made a mess, burning the food and not creating the usual enjoyable teppanyaki experience. This is the second time this has happened to us at Shu Acapulco and we were left extremely disappointed."
