"We have been to this restaurant before... the service and food was alot better the first time perhaps because we had an earlier reservation at 05:30p.m. This time we had an 07:00p.m reservation and we waited over 1.5hrs for our food, we didn 't even ordered...an appetiser. The restaurant was full but no line up and the Fresh Pappardelle, boneless beer braised rabbit was full of little bones. My daughter complained to the waitress and she said this dish with the rabbit comes with many little bones. She didn 't even know the dish is supposed to be boneless. My wife 's dish with the mussels was full of sand, she thought, she broke a tooth. My daughter complained to the waitress and asked her if we should let her know or should she call the manager or do the online complaint? Her reply was a rude obviously . The food was not good, not tasty, it was really late and the service was really bad!!!! This dinner was supposed to be a celebration of my family for my daughter 's education achievements. She ordered out after we left Cavallino. Our service and the food we received was really bad!!! In hindsight, I wished I didn 't tip Mandy the 10%.....I shouldn 't have tipped at all for the whole experience!!! I think We just wanted to get out of there!!!!"
