"Sure it's a food truck. Come here for the best fish chips you've ever had. It's brilliant at what it does fries cod in a light flavorful crust. The shrimp were also delicious as was the chowder. Gotta assume the calamari was also outrageous but we ran out of room."

"I particularly enjoyed the dim sum, including the chicken feet and spare ribs, which were both very tasty. The vegetable lo mein was also delicious, although I would have liked to see more vegetables in the dish. This lack of vegetables actually reminded me of my travels in Asia, where noodles often come with minimal vegetable accompaniments. The standout dish for me was the hot and sour soup, which was hands down one of the best I have ever had. It had a beautiful smoky flavor to it, adding depth to the dish without overpowering it. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine."

"The crispy pork and the Shrimp and Veg are outstanding. Mongolian Beef and Teriyaki Chicken are good. The scallops here are not very good. They slice them and they are not very big to begin with. The fried rice is so so. Price is high and the service is rude but they have some excellent dishes here. I had a big order and asked for 4 sweet and sour and she said I can give you two but they are 50 cents each for the other two. The order was just under $50. I asked for extra napkins and the girl grudgingly gave them to me. I though she was going to charge me 50 cents for them too. I'd like to give them less than four stars but that shrimp and veggie is so good. Best I ever had."

"Went to Veeko on a Friday night before Christmas, the place was very busy, as to be expected. We thought we would have to wait longer for our food, but everything was brought out quickly and was piping hot. Our server Logan was the perfect server, very polite, helpful and very genuine. The food was so good and good portions. We had pot stickers, shrimp red curry, Thai chicken, and thick noodles. Highly recommend."

"Ordered lunch menu the salt and pepper pork chop. It's comes with a soup, a salad, a piece of egg roll. The salt pepper pork chop was super good. So delicious.... the egg roll was sooo good too, its so crunchy...and with the dipping sauce ohhh sooo good!!! They have free wonton when you check in on yelp.. The restaurant has plenty parking, and also clean. The sevice was great too. The manager was really nice..."

"I lived in Martinsburg for 19 years, and Empire China has always been my favorite spot for Chinese food. Since moving to Washington state in 2015, I've found that the Chinese restaurants here can't compare to the ones on the East Coast. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant was still in business, so my son and I decided to have dinner there. My son tried the pho, which was a new addition to the menu since my last visit, and he loved it. The pan-fried dumplings were excellent, the egg rolls were crisp, and the ribs were cooked to perfection."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is consistently amazing and made to order. We have been regular customers for three years and have never been disappointed. "Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the Baltimore metro area, better than PF Changs and Chopstix less the sushi. The portions are huge on the combo platters and way under valued. The service is fast and friendly. I see some people complaining about the 18% gratuity which is for parties of 6bor more. I would consider 18% a gift since we never tip less than 30 to 35% for this EXCELLENT establishment. They have been serving the community for over 30 years for a reason. We were so happy to finally being able to dine in again because we come from Sparrows Point so nothing like eating hot and fresh but with that said their carry out travels well. Door to door from our house is about 20 minutes and the food is always good however the breaded meats are better when eating here."
