"I used to love going here, but tonight I was treated to the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant in my entire life. We had made a reservation earlier in the week and waited 25 minutes at our table before a server came. Early On a Saturday night they were out of their soup of the day. They were also out of a staple vodka, sparkling water, a white wine, and a main entree. We ordered drinks but had to go to the bar to get any refills. Tables that got there after us ordered, got their food, and paid their check all while we had never gotten our appetizers. After over an hour we got our appetizers. Half an hour later we asked where our food and where our server was. We finally had to ask for a manager after finding the server at the bar complaining about us. The manager made every excuse under the sun, even blaming the moon. He finally told us at two hours that he would comp the soup (that they were out of) and give us 20% off the meal. We then explained we had never gotten our food after being there for two hours. He finally just told us we could leave. Ultimately, a waste of time and horrible treatment. How dare a waitress complain about customers she basically ignored the whole evening."
