"I ordered through Grubhub and the food sounded good on the menu, cheese-encrusted quesadillas, well that was a lie and they weren't even cooked and didn't even have a trace of cheese in them. I also got one of their bowls, and it was no better, tasted like slop, not even cooked, it was really disgusting, I didn't eat any of the food, still in the fridge. I wish they would come get their food and give me back my money"

"fast. eating is fast and good. the prices rose drastically after the economic crisis. it was earlier possible to get a good burrito there for just a little over five dollars; Now it's closer to $10 when they get extra meat like me. the restaurant is generally clean and it is clean behind the counter. Sometimes the employees are careless and they can see a chaotic preparation area, with some ingredients falling into other ingredients. that does not happen when the mature and responsible managers work. everything in all, a nice place to eat when they are in a hurry and only need quick food."

"the janitor, treated our eating without washing the hands, the manager was so dirty to deal with food and then tried to spend spoons without a glove. the housemaster tried to sneak, how much of every ingredient I wanted. Last time I checked what the customer wanted, and then the boldness had to act as if she wanted to smoke when I pressed how rude she was. please turn off the load, pick up a secret load. there are nicer people who need jobs. the food was refilled!"

"This was my first visit to a Qdoba and I really liked it. I had a chicken taco with a side of rice. My friends ordered a quesadilla. We had chips and salsa as well. Everything thing was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You need a code to access the bathrooms, but they are clean and well kept. This seemed like a well managed restaurant. Quality food and customer focused. I highly recommend it."

"I enjoy the quality of the food so much! But the staff that is working is very rude, one person in particular. This makes the experience much worse than it would to be greeted politely. The young lady that looks like a high schooler really does need an attitude adjustment constantly rolling eyes, seeming like she would rather be anywhere else. I love Qdoba but this will definitely make me come to this location less."

"The first time I visited, the young man working didn't know how to make a chicken protein bowl. When I went a second time, they were out of fajita peppers. However, everyone working there is friendly and working hard, although things can get a bit chaotic. It seems like some employees may be new. I would give them 5 stars if the parking lot was less chaotic, but overall it's a solid location."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today after hitting the gym across the street with a coworker. I read some reviews about sanitation issues and rude staff afterward, but we didn't encounter any of those problems during our visit. The tacos were the best I've had from similar places, including Mo's and Chipotle. For the first time, I didn't mind spending around $10 or even $20 (including my friend's order) for just a few tacos, and I almost went back for more. I ordered the three specialty tacos listed on the far left of the menu. I will definitely be returning and will keep an eye out for any mentioned sanitation issues—not that I believe they exist, but I’ll be more vigilant just in case."

"If I could give it a zero I would. This location has gone extremely down hill. They act like they have an attitude all the time you’re there. They almost always have half the menu when I go. This most recent time I went (7/6/22) they didn’t have the shrimp that they were advertising, let the line build all the way around the store, talking on their AirPods. I waited in line before the rush for 30 minutes for a simple plain chicken bowl. The lady before me at the check out asked for chips while the girl working the register was filling bags of chips. The girl looked up at her with an attitude and told her they didn’t have anymore chips (after filling 3 or 4 bags). The lady asked about the ones she just served and to which the girl replied they were only for the online orders. Didn’t even have straws for the drinks. Once I got to the register, I was talked to with an attitude while I had done nothing to this girl. I would name if I could but the name tag seemed too smeared to read out. This location should just be shut down at this point."
