"I told my husband all I wanted to do for Mother?s Day was to go to Hacienda? It?s been a little while. Been going for over 35 years and I always get the same thing? enchilada, tostada, rice and beans. What I always loved about the enchilada was the shredded beef and particularly the dark yellow cheese. It appears that at some point the recipe has been changed? I received an enchilada with seasoned hamburger and the cheese was white. It was OK but just not what I have been used to. The tostada ended up getting soggy from the grease from the hamburger? No longer shredded beef. I still love the margaritas, chips and salsa? They are the best!! Seems I will just have to find a new dish to enjoy ?"
