"Overall, this restaurant in the Bay Area is one of the worst I have ever experienced. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I definitely would! I placed an order through Doordash Delivery and was disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra for sambhar with each order of Dosa, Idli, and Medhu Vada. These are South Indian dishes that should come with sambhar by default. We ended up paying $30 extra for sambhar for just 10 sides. Additionally, we ordered 2 extra potato masalas for dosa but only received 1. The entire order was messed up. In terms of pricing, the food was averaging around $15-18, which was okay. However, this restaurant only offered pickup and delivery and charged fine dining prices for half the items in a dish. Our order for 5 people ended up costing $200 and we didn't receive half of the items we ordered. The food quality was subpar with barely any flavor and very dry. The sambhar that did arrive was watery and flavorless. The dosa had yellow fingers that wouldn't wash off, making me wonder if they had added coloring to the food. The only decent item was the vada. The customer experience was also lacking as we had no way to call and complain about our order. It's no surprise that this restaurant has such poor ratings on Google. It seems like the reviews on Doordash are fake. I would not recommend this place - beware of this restaurant."
