"The grill/kitchen cannot handle the volume of online/call-in orders along with the walk ins. Been going here my whole life, and the service since they started taking online orders has been horrible. Everyone waiting for food talks about how long they have been waiting, and some ask for their money back and walk out the door. If you don't have at least 30 minutes to wait.. I suggest you go somewhere else."
