"It was a cool evening and we had reservations outside. I called inside but couldn't, but was sure it was protected with heaters outside. I can guarantee you don't get cold. That proved to be wrong. We wait through terrible service. You forgot to take the brush and forget us. We couldn't even start the waitress by begging her. The food finally appeared (two dishes, then two dishes and then a dish over a period of ten minutes). Pollo Sciilliano was good, but the rest was moderate. Never been so neglected and cold in a restaurant. Really terrible service. Do not book a table outside, as it is a tasty alley where the wind seems down. The heating is inadequate. I thank the owner for recognizing the problem and volunteers tp cover the costs. Unfortunately, money cannot compensate for a planned evening with two grandparents and three grandchildren. We had good experiences with this restaurant in warmer weather. Let's say that was a aberration. But please note to be out in this restaurant in cold weather."
