"Annette was perfect! She was able to balance us with some large tables that came in after us with ease. The food was amazing. My husband is Italian and said the meatballs were almost exactly his family’s recipe (just missing a few herbs but not at all disappointing). I had the Italian wedding soup and it was the best I (and my husband) have ever had when dining out! I also ordered some shrimp and they were HUGE. They put the jumbo shrimp at St Elmo’s to shame. Our calamari appetizer was also perfect, they serve the rings and tentacles (I’ve never had calamari this way and it was honestly amazing). Finished everything off with a divine tiramisu! "Ricado 's is located in the Pearl Kai Shopping Center. There 's lots of free parking but l during dinner so we try to eat before 6 pm. My husband and I used to come here a few times a year to celebrate our anniversary, birthday 's and Valentine 's Day pre-Covid but never continued when the numbers declined. Haven 't been here for a while so decided to treat our kids to a nice dinner. Here 's what we ordered: Drink: A few ordered their Plantation Ice Tea. It 's on their chalkboard as you walk in so it 's not listed on the menu. I tried a sip and thought it was good...reminded me of Coffee, Bean Tea Leaf 's. Appetizers: I always order the Sauteed Mushrooms and Sauteed Broccoli for our appetizers. My daughter wanted to order the Calamari Fritti. Never tried it before from here...it was delicious! The calamari was soooo soft and the batter crispy. The creamy home-made dressing was awesome! This will be my new favorite appetizer! All was so tasty...everyone enjoyed them! Entree: We ordered the Chicken Marsala with chicken breast, mushrooms and Marsala-wine butter sauce, Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo with sliced chicken breast, garlic and cream sauce, Linguine and Clams chopped with garlic in butter white-wine sauce and Chicken Saltimbocca with chicken breast, a thin slice of eggplant and prosciutto, cheese, mushrooms and Marsala-wine butter sauce...my favorite! I don 't think we put a dent in our entree because we were kind of full from the appetizers and second helping of bread. Mentioned to everyone to leave room for dessert so they took home leftovers enough for lunch and then some. Dessert: We got the Mud Pie, Tiramisu, Mango Sorbet and Lychee Sorbet. Again, all was good! Our server Brandon, was very nice and attentive! He and the other servers served our food in a timely manner, refilled the water, cleared away the dishes, brought takeout containers and the bill without us asking for it. For 5 adults, we were out the door in less than an hour and a half...awesome! Can 't wait for our next visit! FYI: The tip shown on the Merchant 's receipt states the amount for 15, 18 and 20% for your convenience BUT it 's based on your Total bill which should be based on your Subtotal (pre-tax) so you might want to figure it out yourself."

"Oh so delicious. I took home the Eggplant Parmesan and a Caprese Salad. I'd had a root canal and needed food that would fill me up, yet tasty. Thanks to the chefs and manager for providing me with such a positive experience. The food was exquisite, especially the Caprese salad. I'd had it in Mexico and I wanted the same dish I had there. They did not disappoint! The Eggplant dish with linguine was also perfect. I habe enough left over for tomorrow and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. I heartily recommend Rizzi's!"

"I didn't hate it. I gave this place 4 stars because it has so much potential that I think a few changes would get it there fast! My first thought is the entrance. When you walk in, if there is anyone waiting for a table, people are either standing around people who are eating or outside. There wasn't a hostess, so when we walked in we weren't really sure where to go. The bus boy saw us and immediately greeted us, cleaned a table and sat us. (You'll hear a lot about this kid. If I owned a restaurant, I'd recruit him! So, we are sitting there, get our drinks from the waitress and I see the TV. There are 2 tv's. So, while we sat there we watched American Ninja Warrior. I expect this at a pub or a bar, but this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. This brings me to my next critique: this place needs to decide...pub or restaurant? Onion rings, home made chips or bruchetta...i feel like maybe they should have a late night menu and a nicer Italian menu for dinner. They served the Italian dressing in a quart sized squeeze bottle. Even an empty wine bottle would be better. (Photo included I need to say some positives...the food is GOOD! Even the bread (which the bus boy admitted was not freshly made was yummy! Warm bread with butter, veal picatta, veal parm...all delicious and huge portions! The bus boy noticed we were done eating and wrapped our food. He was very observant and should wait tables! Overall, the place seems sort of mixed up, but the food and service made up for it ten fold."

"I had takeout Margherita pie and by mistake they gave me cheese ravioli in marinara sauce, instead if chicken finger and fries from kid's menu. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. But the marinara sauce was loaded with garlic. Really too much, which is a shame as the ravioli were good and al dente. The Margerita pie is very good, well cooked, good dough and good ingredients. Addendum: I had dinner indoors. Good pizza, ok calamari. Good service. BYOB."

"Great sandwiches made right. Lots of meat and taste on both. Coleslaw was very good. Fries are frozen but good wrinkle cut. Avo-Eirolls are good when fresh, but we took a home and after it was cooled the bacon due to the moisture content. Bacon was crispy when served or close to it and very edible. Our fault; not theirs. If you live 20 minutes or less from here, you should frequent this place a lot. We had lunch, but we wanted to dip into the bar and watch sports while we hit a few. Chicago sports topics that make it cool even if you are not a fan. Great food, great bar, friendly service."

"We almost always have a meal of Angelina 's when we visit Seaside, but we usually order for delivery, this was our first personal visit. The pizza always wins and my wife loves the wings a little garlic, not in wings itself, so I can offer an opinion. She likes her because they are the right crowd crispy. She was also very excited to see them have Ruby Jewel ice sandwiches. We share a Frutta di Bosco salad for warming up and it was excellent; as an appetizer it could be easily divided 3 ways, maybe 4 for smaller eaters. The photo is what's left after we've ever taken a proper service. The pizza is a thicker crust, 'good tooth' I say; it is solid and chew with some volume"

"A dear friend brought me here for my birthday. She had heard the spaghetti was excellent! she knew spaghetti was my favorite food and they had angel hair spaghetti what we both prefer. Our waiter, who told us his name when I asked him, took our order, the spaghetti with meat sauce and a side order of meatballs for me. We were served salad and hot rolls as we waited for the spaghetti we both agreed was excellent when the spaghetti arrived, we noticed that I had more spaghetti than my friend. The spaghetti was extremely salty and I had not received the secondary order of meatballs. I tried several times to get our waiters attention to get the secondary order to not fall. The waiter later asked how our food was. We both told him it was too salty and not good, and I also told him I didn't get my side order of meatballs. The waiter annoyed the plate from my friend and stormed back. I said I'd take mine home. In a few minutes another waiter (I guessed) came to the table and apologized for the food and the ruin service."

"I love this place! BYOB. It’s our regular place now. You feel like you are in a fancy Italian restaurant when you visit. In the winter months the fire is going and the atmosphere is cozy. "Surprising. On the way back to Indy from Columbus we tried a place outside of the mall in Richmond that we had not noticed before. My husband and I were totally surprised with the interior, the menu, and the service. After having been exiled to Indiana (aka the western front) from Pennsylvania about thirty years ago, I had resigned myself to horrible, Midwest tasteless food unless I headed for Chicago. The ambience and menu were quite good, service was good, and flexibility for altering menu choices was more than acceptable much better than what I have experienced in a lot of Indy restaurants. I have no clue where the place is finding the clientele to appreciate this venue in Richmond, but it seems to be doing fine. I would actually consider timing my trips to work a lunch or dinner in for the the future. I was more than pleased."
