"I was very disappointed that my simple requests were not accommodated at this restaurant. When I asked for gluten-free pasta, the waiter claimed it would take 25 minutes to prepare, which didn't make sense to me since cooking times are the same for regular pasta. Additionally, when I requested a meatball appetizer with cheese on half and without on the other half, the waiter said the chef would not approve of that and it was not possible. The service was terrible, and to make matters worse, when our appetizers arrived, they were served on separate plates even though my request could have easily been accommodated. This level of service is unacceptable in New York, or anywhere else for that matter."
