"It is a shame when an owner loses a good customer because the “manager” really doesn’t care. We order 1 or 2 times a week, usually around the $100 mark per order. Most times the order is correct. Today the woman on the phone did not want to take responsibility for her error and chose to lose a customer rather than credit or correct a $10 item. Doubt the owner knew she said no problem when we said we wouldn’t be ordering. 2 stars for the food, it is very good, minus 3 for customer service."
