"We arrived 10 minutes early for our 5:00 pm reservation. We were not allowed to wait in the vestibule and were asked to leave and come back at 5:00. The man was polite, but come on, this is December in Chicago and why make us stand outside in the cold?! So, we can't rate the food or the service, but we can tell you to not ever, ever arrive early. Bah humbug. P.S. We live in the neighborhood and were saddened that this behavior would give visitors to Chicago a very bad impression of our City."
