"I honestly don't even know where to start. Casa Bianca is by far the best secret/best wedding location in NJ I was already (and I was a lot). The owner Sammi is the best person you can ever work with for your wedding. He's so easy to go and will do what you want. His answer to any request I had was not a problem. Typically, the place is the most stressful part of wedding planning, but for me it was the simplest. The wedding suite is beautiful and spacious, the foyer is incredible with the stairs and how they decorate every season and the ballroom is beyond beautiful. The brightening we have makes a difference. I can't even explain how amazing the food is. The cocktail hour is INSANE, the meals are delicious and the dessert hour is from this world. My guests weeks later can still not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how the cocktail hour was the most ridiculous cocktail hour they have ever seen with the amount of food they offer. I was in absolute reverence when I first came in. I could cry. My guests also couldn't stop how attentive and excellent the employees and waiters were. Every drink was filled before he was empty. And the Maitre d Lidi was spectacular! She made sure we ate, get all our drinks and even packed all the food from our meals and cocktails we couldn't finish. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of us for the night. And finally, the price point with the amount you receive seems impossible. The price is the best you can find in NJ. You need to look at Casa Bianca for your wedding. I can't thank Sammi, Larry, Lidi and the staff enough!"

"Let me first say this is the best resturant I have eaten at on this barrier island chain. The culinary excellence a vacation destination should have should be second to none. But it’s not. My rating of three stars is as follows: Ambiance The fake brick wall is atrocious. It reminds me of being in a Italian eatery from the 1980’s. The chandeliers also had dust on them. The table clothes had strings and were not pressed. For me this is simple standards that a fine dinning establishment must have. It’s not dirty just some details need to be followed up on. Wait Staff The gentleman was good, but the deal breaker for me was when he did not know what type of sea bass was being served. He apologized for not knowing but that set a low expectation. Also when the dishes were served no explanation was given. It was just plated. I believe all good food has a story and that story should be told. It helps the person eating appreciate the value and quality of the product. Food This is a hard one for me. The products were fresh. The taste of the seafood came through. Overall it was good. But is it $100.00 per person good? That is the question that left me hanging. Oyster It was fresh and delicious. Briny, served with a butter sauce, but mine was still attached to the shell. This should have been cut. Crab Stuffed Crepe The crab was very salty and made into a paste. Just not a fan of two soft textures together in that way. (Two other dinners returned it) Arugula Pear Salad Everything was very fresh. At the end of the day, it’s a salad. Sorbet to clean the pallet was delicious very well done. Pan Seared Sea Bass It was cooked perfectly. The taste of the fish showed through very simple and clean. Wish the portion was bigger. Desert Triple Chocolate Mouse Cake Delicious. Overall, good dinner just no “wow” factor to really drive the $100.00 per person plate. Would I go back? Possibly. I do love what they are trying to do in this area."
