"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"I have loved this place for a very long time but we were turned away at 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening trying to take my daughter out with us for dinner. This was a first. The person we interacted with claimed that my daughter couldn't eat dinner with us (we weren't drinking) because she wasn't 21. We turned around and went to the Pub across the street where we were served and eat our dinner, without issue. Unless some major law has changed we weren't aware of, this made absolutely no sense. Would be curious to hear from the management if there's some law/rules that we are not aware of. Very disappointing."
