"After two hours we still didn’t have entrées, the hostess that greeted us when we walked in the door was extremely rude, I go weekly to the Dallas, Eddie V’s‘s and have always have fabulous experiences. It took 45 minutes to get a drink, after two hours I still didn’t have an entrée. I told the hostess I wanted a table where I could hear the music and she sat me in the farthest corner of the main dining room, and I couldn’t hear anything. The general manager explained that since they open, they haven’t been able to get the sound system to work, so that the music in the bar is piped to the rest of the restaurant. If you’re used to a normal Eddie V’s’s experience don’t go to this restaurant. I was trying it out with a small group because I really like Eddie V’s‘s. I had called them to book a group of 12 and they wanted a $2500 guarantee which none of the other Eddie V’s‘s do so just avoid this restaurant."
