"Went last night us using a Groupon worth 25 off our meal. We started with the highly recommended fresh blue fin tuna which was excellent. It was very fresh and very buttery which provided a great sashimi appetizer to start our meal. We chose the Diamond roll and the Firecracker roll as our main dishes. Both were shared and we thoroughly enjoyed the lobster, blue crab, and salmon that was included in the rolls. The Firecracker comes with oil in middle of the dish flaming which makes an impressive presentation hence...Firecracker roll!! It would add a special presentation for any Birthday celebration or just any special celebration. We had a very cold evening last night, so the warm sake went extremely well with the meal. We have been to Yuki Hana many times, but I would highly recommend the Omakase chef dinner that we attended awhile back. It was an unbelievable experience that you will completely enjoy. Just make your reservations early. The ambiance inside and the great background music just completes a perfect dining experience that everyone should enjoy."
