"Go for the delicious authentic Turkish food, the experience, and the friendly family staff. We love this place. For lunch today, we had the best restaurant salmon we have ever eaten. The large piece we were served was cut by hand in the restaurant and served perfectly cooked, moist, and seasoned. The large platter had perfect rice, steamed broccoli, grilled onion, pepper, and tomato. We shared it and had enough. The red lentil soup is sooooo delicious. The first time we had it, I actually went to a store and bought red lentils for the first time. I could not come close to duplicating the recipe at home. The MUCVER, Turkish zucchini pancakes were delicious and filling. The bread is made daily and comes out of the oven covered with delicious seeds. It is served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This family restaurant in Worldgate shows that the American dream is alive and well. Thank goodness. I felt like I was eating in a great restaurant in Turkey, only with better food, right here in Herndon. Who knew? Now you do."
