"I love their food but the drive thru is horrible. Waited 30 minutes and was still 15 cars away from the order window. No one was walking to the cars to take orders. With the pace that the cars were moving I would have to be there for over an hour. Again I love their food and always get great service inside but the drive thru needs work."

I got a big sloppy hamburger with 1/2 piece of bacon, French fries, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. And guess what….no humans answer the phone. And their email will not accept replies. "Order a Chocolate Cake for Christmas for pickup on Dec 24th. I picked it up around 4:50pm and the store was scheduled to close at 5pm. The store was packed, drive thru line was at least a block long. I walked in was directed where to pick up my cake and was out the store within 5 minutes. They were prepared. I was impressed.
