"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order with them via Seamless/Grubhub. I purchased a turkey bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and in the notes stated the kind of bagel, cheese and anything additional. By the time it got to me it was not onlycold, but incorrectly made and for the $15 it cost, was horribly put together. There was hardly any egg on the bagel and thebagel itself was chewy and disgusting. When I called to note my concerns, the male manager or owner jumped on the phone statingthey are NOT on seamless which to be honest from the initial woman that answered the phone, sounds like they don't evenunderstand what seamless is! He insisted that they are NOT on this platform when I clearly confirmed the name and address andproceeded to hang up on me. I called Seamless immediately to refund me which they did thankfully and now they are calling thebagel store directly. Save yourself the aggravation with the incompetent staff and get yourself a halfway decent breakfast atany other bagel and deli. I will NEVER recommend or even so much as step foot near this disgusting establishment."
