"Rays pizza is amazing. I am a fan! The only issue is that they use their own delivery drivers. It would be better if they allowed DoorDash drivers to pick up orders to ensure that the pizzas arrive hot. Even though I am only 2 miles away, I always seem to encounter issues with their delivery drivers."

"I had lunch today with a friend who grew up eating these sandwiches. They recommended I try the "wedge," which is a type of sub/grinder/hoagie that was new to me. I am giving this place 5 stars for two reasons. Firstly, I have been working in sandwich shops for the past 17 years, so I am quite knowledgeable about the quality and freshness of sliced meats and cheeses. The bread was really good and the sandwich was huge. I ordered the Italian combo and the only slight criticism I have is that the meats lacked a bit of flavor, possibly because they were prepared in advance. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. The staff seemed to be constantly busy preparing food for takeouts and deliveries. They also offered a good variety of sides and salads to take home. The menu was extensive and I will definitely be returning to try one of their chicken cutlet sandwiches, which looked amazing."

"Horrible customer service!! We Order multiple timesa month- and this is the first time I actually called when they messed up my order- which is fine, mistakes happen.I called and they offered to replace- literally 1 minute after speaking to them they call me back and said they repeated the order to me and there is nothing they can do. "It is nicely decorated. Our server was great with patience and even helped us pick out a few things. BBQ chicken wings were delicious as an appetizer. My wife was unable to finish off her portion of the lasagna, so we brought it home and I was grateful. It was very good. All in all, we were happy with everything. We will head back there the next time we are in town."

"Only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option. My husband called in a pizza and went to pick it up last night. He left his phone on the counter when he set the box down to pay and accidentally left his phone right there on the counter. He came home, which is a 3 minute drive away, and told me he couldn 't find it. I called Silver Lake Pizza and asked if he had left the phone there, if anyone had seen one or turned one in. The guy on the phone yelled out anyone seen a cell phone and told me no, there was nothing there. He clearly didn 't bother to look as it was right in front of him on the counter. We tracked it and it didn 't move the entire time it was there. My husband went right back and the phone was still on the counter, directly in front of and within the sight of the guy at the register. He said this is my phone right? and the guy just nodded. I was calling it nonstop too and they never answered to say that they had the phone in their possession. It seems they either couldn 't be bothered to look directly in front of their faces and let me know that it was there, or they were planning to keep the phone for themselves. Either way we 'll never be ordering from here again and I 'll be sure to tell everyone about their shady business practices. Their pizza is trash anyway, I 've had better crust from an EZ bake oven."

"This man makes a killer cake. Dough is lace notch, I can drink a glass of its sauce it is so good, cheese is only salty enough. Put them together, in a wood stove, and you have perfection.
