"I ordered two sandwiches, with avocado added to one for an additional charge of 0.99. When I picked up my order, the sandwich with avocado was missing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go back as I wasn't close enough, but I'm sure they would have corrected the mistake if I had. I love their food and have always had perfect orders from their various locations. However, today I was really craving that missing item!"

"This place is excellent. I went and got my food for pick-up, so these photos are at home. We got the grilled cheese tomato soup, the chicken ranch salad, and the kids chicken tender meal. When I went to go pick up it two times employees came to check on me which is always nice when they are attentive even if you are a to-go customer. The food tasted great and really hit the spot. It wasn't too heavy of food for any of us, which is what we wanted from ordering from a deli and jason's deli did a really good job. We fed two adults and one child for about 25 dollars which was great. We didn't get any drinks but it was to go, so we just had drinks at home. "This was my first visit in quite some time to this restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no knives available as they were in the dishwasher. I was given a plastic knife instead, which made it difficult to cut my cauliflower. I also missed out on the muffins. Additionally, I had to ask for a small plastic cup for my pudding and ice cream. On a positive note, the salad bar was clean. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience and probably won't be returning anytime soon."

"One word: Harmony! I came here based on 1 Oatmeal cookie a coworker gave me because it was the best I've ever had. This place did not disappoint me. I had a club Royale recommended, so i tried it with a salad and naturally expected to not be impressed by a side salad. But i was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the salad bar and it was EXCELLENT! PRO'S: Quality food. Great desert's. Friendly service. Clean environment. CON'S: Update 4/25/22: Salad bar is still great but not as much care is being taken to make sure old veggies are separated from new, so you'll have to manually separate the spotted from the clean. CONCLUSION: All the flavors that I have tried thus far harmonize well with each other and this place is certainly leagues ahead of: Subway, McAllister's, Good sense, Jersey Mike's, JJ's etc. You get the picture. This is my new go to place for sandwiches/Salads and other HEALTHY QUALITY choices!"

"I ate at Jason's Deli for the first time today for the Collin County Animal Services proceeds fundraiser night! I will have to say it was way more than I expected. Loved the patio, the staff was great, and the food was delicious. Loved all the vegetarian options and they were separated out on the menu. I was so worried I was getting a plain salad or a lettuce and tomato sandwich when we choose Jason's Deli as the place for our fundraiser. When I saw all the options easily laid out for vegetarians I was ecstatic! One of my new favorite cafe style places and we'll definitely be back!"

"Had a decent salad bar dinner. Went to get an ice cone and saw a cockroache on the back, twitching, in the ice cone tablet that catch the crumbs. That was an employee who cleaned it. I asked her for a refund. To whom she asked if I had already eaten my meal LOL. At this point my stomach did flips and rightly thought I would be in barf. If there is 1 there is MORE??? The ONLY redeeming quality was that the administrator for the duty refunded both meals and drinks I had bought. So he yelled out, but overall???"

"I frequent this locarion in Port Arthur about 3 times a month or so. I often have the managers special Ham Muffaletta and fruit. I have noticed that if I visit during the business weekday the sandwich is full of meat and the olive ingredients Often hard to get my mouth around for the first bite. But if I visit on a Saturday it is a different experience. The sandwich is smaller with about half the meat and very little of the olive mixture. It just isn't as good on the weekend. No idea why there would be such a difference. But I definitely feel like I dont get my moneys worth on Saturdays. I may just stop coming on Saturdays to bypass the negative feeling about the experience."

"The food was good as always. I had the salad bar. Be aware that now you are only permitted to have one trip to the salad bar when you order salad only. I wanted to go back for their pudding, but was told I could not. The cashier did not inform me of this new policy and there were no signs stating it. The manager rudely walked away and did not allow me the second trip eventhough it was their mistake. The remaining employees were very nice and again, the food was very good. "Jason's was a regular stop for me when I lived in southwest Florida. It had been a few years since my last visit, but this time I tried the bread sandwich and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The food quality overall was excellent. There were a few changes since my last visit - they now only use to-go cups, but they are not cheap. The napkins were heavy duty. The salad bar was smaller, but still large and fresh, with many nice side options. Our sandwiches were a bit pricey, but I would say they were worth the money, just not for everyday dining. We will definitely be returning."

The southwest tortilla soup was the best my companion had had. She said it beat out any place she had ever ordered from. I also liked the fact that you could order fresh fruit for a side. "jason’s deli is a good restaurant to take a lunch break, perfect for one after the church meal with her friends. but for the information, here we go. overall, eating was decent. the only thing she could see from this photo was that my friend ordered a children pizza (hey wyatt) and that was his pizza. it was very boiled and had only cheese and pfefferoni on it - no sosse. that was very offensive. I ordered from the salatable and their banan peppers were not ripe at all. they were too hard and tasted as shallow. thanks for reading. in conclusion, Jason’s deli is a decent place to go for a decent meal. it's pretty average clean, tasty I guess, and the price worth. beautiful kartoffel subs tho. I took the evaluation of all my companions and the average was 3 stars. good family restaurant. Now go to shrek or something."

"I have lived and worked in concord for a year and I have never tried jason’s deli. I decided today because the drivethru was not busy that I would try it. I ordered the Ranchero wrap. it came to expect a little under $11 as it looked like a pretty hefty package after the picture. what I received was a little disappointing for me. now I know that the dinge never look as good as the picture, but my package was very small and was held together in the half by a toothpick. for the price I paid, I would rather go to tacos 4 life or viva chicken. what I ate, I tasted good."
