"Tried to place order online it didn't place order but was debited from my cc. Called asked did order go through the man on the other end said it didn't. So than I notice that there was some kind of error called to place the order...The man on the other end was so rude nasty and Said we are done we are Not delivering no more to night. Now it's nothing wrong with saying that but...He sounded annoyed angry. Ugh I use to really like Calz back in the day but now I will never think about ordering from a place with customer service like that again. It just seemed like he didn't want to take my order."

"I had no idea what a treat I was going in to after stopping to gas up! I have been through Monroe so many times and have driven right past this place. The aroma of coffee and breakfast was so delicious it greeted you at the door. Very clean! A young woman named Alex was a jewell! She was very knowledgeable about coffee really about all aspects of the business. "The turtle frappe is so good! The salad wrap is also good. My boyfriend enjoyed the Italian pressed sandwich. We got breakfast burritos there this morning and the mushrooms weren't fully cooked. They also didn't put a lot of meat on one burrito despite paying for double meat. Overall two good experiences though."
