"the waiter (kevin) who took care of my group has done an excellent work. at the end he also came to our table to thank me. eating was very good. my favorite is the toast bread with white truffles! fantastic. the manager was okay. I wish he would look for me and put me aside when he talked to me when he put his concern at the extra number of people out of my fraction. he doesn't have to say anything to my colleagues."

"This WAS a 4 -5 star restaurant for us in the past. We’re not from Denver but we try to get to North as much as possible. The rosemary chicken and strozzapreti are great dishes. We had good service in the past, and the manager was friendly and checked on us. On our last visit we showed up at 5:15 and asked for a table. The hostess said it would be about 30 minutes, although the restaurant was half full. I assumed they had a lot of reservations. She said we could sit at a table in the bar and still receive the full menu. The bartender came over and took our drink order. We received our drinks and asked for menus. We studied the menu and decided on appetizers and dinner. Several minutes passed and still no contact from the bartender. We both made eye contact with him several times. We thought maybe he had assigned a waiter/waitress to us, but no luck. Shortly after we sat down, three young, attractive well-dressed women sat next to us. He quickly served them and repeatedly asked if they needed anything. Every time he came by or looked in our direction we tried to get his attention. I didn’t think too much about it at first, I thought maybe he was having a bad day. It soon became very obvious that he was ignoring us. He wasn’t busy with customers and was restocking produce, etc. After being there for over 30 minutes, I asked the hostess if we could be seated in the dining room. She again said it would be about 30 minutes, but surprisingly most of the same empty tables were still empty. I told her she said we could get dinner in the bar, but the bartender refused to help us. I also mentioned that he had helped the other table several times already. I hated to leave because I love the food, but we decided to leave. I went to the bar to ask for my check. The manager noticed me standing there and asked if he could help. I told them the bartender refused to help us but was serving the other customers. The manager said he would check on availability of dining tables, but I told him I just wanted to pay for my drinks and leave. He said he took care of the drinks. The BACKSTORY: We were dressed in jeans and t-shirts. Nothing fancy or designer, but clean and serviceable. My girlfriend wasn’t wearing makeup or jewelry. We definitely didn’t fit in with the “Cherry Creek” fashion, but we normally dress casual. On our other visits we were dressed “business casual” and were treated great. If there is a dress code, it should be stated, and I didn’t think it would be a problem since the staff wears jeans. Although we did not dress fancy, we did not smell, we weren’t loud or obnoxious, all we wanted was a nice dinner. It’s too bad we were treated so poorly, because we lost a favorite restaurant, and North lost our business. The manager that was so kind to us in the past was not rude to us, but instead of paying for our drinks, he could’ve just apologized and seated us in the dining room. I wrote to the company on the foxrc.com website and they never replied."

"Left a note ahead of time about how it was our first anniversary. Would’ve expected a little bit more over the top service. I mentioned my wife was pregnant. Would’ve been nice to have been treated a little differently since it was our very first anniversary. But it’s okay. Food was good. Like the truffle garlic bread."

"It was our 49. Anniversary and we noticed it on the reservation, and no one seemed to care. Only regular customers nothing special. I thought a simple, happy anniversary would have been fine. The waiter did good work, but he did not seem to be aware of the anniversary."

"my daughter and I went to the usa to several north Italia locations. scottsdale and charlotte were our favorites. no more. this position in kansas just blown it out of the water. ambiente was quiet, clean, quiet, stylish and funny. my daughter ordered the tomato soup and I had the Italian bauernsalat with black laughs and I must say it was one of the best salate I ever had. the salmon was seasoned and perfectly cooked. our server was super sweet, attentive and friendly. the caramel desert is absolutely amazing. in other countries, we get the chief board and it's phenomenal. manager checked us several times and was very friendly. very recommended this restaurant."

"we loved the comfortable stand seats and had plenty of space. we ordered several things on the menu above all because we like to try a sort and don't share it! the tuna crudo and the Charcuterie board and the cale salad (in the half split) were for two or more people (there were 3 adults) my man had a small pizza (spicky meat,) so I and my daughter enjoyed our wine with tapas. also we had a cocktail before dinner the julietta was delish!!"

"Started with a Caesar Salad and zucchini chips. Delicious salad and so were the chips. The chips were crumbled pieces so tricky to pick up. We both had pasta with vegetables noodles. My husband had vegetables noodles with meatballs and I had the vegetables noodles and pesto. Would highly recommend!!"

"We celebrated my friends birthday here so it was just a little brunch for us girls. The device and atmosphere was extremely serene and soothing and the price was actually not bad considering it is in the Santa Monica region. One app, one pizza, three pastas and a dessert on the house was about including tip which is very good. Highly recommend the short rib plates here: both the app and the pasta"

"This place is like a quiet small slice of Italian culture, which is embedded in the cozy city of Galena in a hill. The atmosphere reminds some of the Italian restaurants of places like Chicago. The menu is friendly for those who are not too adventurous, but also makes food that can satisfy the desire of those who are used in Italian local restaurants. I personally would like to see some seafood pasta options, but I can understand that you need to work with the country around you in a sense. The servers are very friendly and welcoming. I wish I remember the name of my server because it was one of the best servers I had in a very long time because it had the right balance of attention, friendliness and gave us the guests time to discuss with us. This place is worth a visit because you like the atmosphere, service or food (hopefully all three)."

"This restaurant appears to prioritize health-conscious options, but the food remains flavorful. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the Edamame Guacamole appetizer. The vegan bowls were also delicious and made with nutritious ingredients. The portions were generous, and I even had leftovers. However, it was extremely busy when we visited on a Wednesday afternoon, so I can imagine weekends and peak times are even more crowded. The restaurant was packed and noisy inside. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here if I wasn't already at the mall, but it's a reliable choice if you're in the area."
