"Greasy little spot..has the real deal old-school black owned pre-gentrification DC look and feel that is getting increasingly rare (though a handful of Latinas primarily run the kitchen) here. The food is good and reasonably priced. Any burger can be on wheat, but it's going to be on wheat toast, not a wheat bun, which is what I always get. There are seats, but 99% of folks get delivery or carryout. I've had to use the restroom once or twice and found it spartan like everything else there, but very clean...and it smelled nice, which which I appreciated."
