"Don't sleep on Novita! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, especially the crispy artichokes and the chickenmeese salad! The drinks were on the spot and the music was fun with a good energy! They lifted the volume in the middle of our meal, which makes it harder to talk, but we were there on a Friday night!"

"I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews, but at the same time, I get it. It's not as horrible as some other reviewers have stated, but it's decent enough. The portions of all the food that was ordered were great. The prices were great. The taste was just decent. Decent enough. But if you take into consideration the portion, the price, and the quality. It isn't a bad spot to grab a quick meal. If I'm in the area, I would stop by again. It wouldn't be my #1 choice, but I would stop by again."

I feel like in this neighborhood the pizza places slouch and start serving garbage after they see you are a regular. lol I can't make it up. If I could I would. "I love Napolis!! Today I got the 10 pepperoni pizza and 4 wings special with a large Coke Zero! The food here is first-rate! The staff here is always professional and super efficient! But the food is so good you just want to ask the owner to adopt you. Seriously the food here nails it! Pizza, burgers, wings, specialty sandwiches, not to mention desserts! "Oh my goodness! If I'm craving a delicious Käsesteak, this is my top spot. Without a doubt, their cheese steak sandwiches are the best in the Columbia area. They're far superior to the overpriced options available at the mall. The sandwiches are filled with fresh, never frozen, beef steak and there are plenty of topping choices. Plus, they serve it on a full-sized, authentic sub roll, not the tiny rolls you typically find in supermarkets. This place is truly a hidden gem. The staff is friendly as well!"

"I've eaten here and got take out from here a bunch and the food is always delicious and abundant (2-3 meals worth). Service for dine in is always terrific and I suggest you hear the specials before ordering. The only area where they do not shine as brightly is the bar unfortunately. I don't recommend mixed drinks here but otherwise this is a fantastic spot, with convenient parking and excellent service. Take away is packaged exceptionally and I've never had a cold or spilled container and we order frequently. Parking: Inside a strip mall with a large free parking lot"

"Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!"

"Food was very good. Portions were nice size but they should be for the price. I wouldn't say expensive but it was not cheap. Service was ok, I dont know if its because we were with a group but service was slow and not greatly attentive. Never came back to ask if anyone wanted dessert. The tip is automatically incorporated which I've found leads to a less attentive server."

"I’ve been to this restaurant many times. Last night was disappointing. Watch your bill because I ordered house wine and they up charged me for a more expensive wine. Also an up Charge on veggies that I didn’t notice on the menu. I would’ve said something but I had already complained about my steak that was served extremely well done. They brought me out a whole new dinner which was very nice but at that point everyone else was done eating and I was full from what I could salvage on my plate. The scarpariello wings never disappoint but overall not the best experience. Also I was not able to book on open table, I had to call ahead to get seating. The bar food here is decent, meals overall have been hit or miss. Pasta dishes are safe options."

"they have a vegetarian section on the menu that contains choices between mosquito, tofu and sweet dishes. most of all is vegan, except for everything that is deep fried, which has in it for brothtime. However, on request they cannot bread/frühling. we have the veggie chicken of general tao dissatisfied and the spicy aubergine. and the vegetarian knödel as an appetizer. everything was very delicious. highly recommended!"
