"I would suggest asking if a person wants hard char marks on their steak when ordering med to med well, or even well done. May be normal for this style of restaurant and cooking and many people like it but not me. I ordered cowboy cut med-med well and it was a good cut and perfect internally , I just had to endure the black char marks. All three others in my party were content with their meals. 1 buffalo meatloaf, 1 duck , 1 cobb salad. Cheers !"
