"Gola Restaurant used to offer delicious food and excellent service in a secluded location. We used to enjoy bringing our family and visiting friends here. However, during our recent visit, we booked an early reservation to accommodate our young child's bedtime. Despite arriving for a 6:00 dinner, we were not served until 7:45pm, while our daughter was exhausted and upset. Our waitress checked on us multiple times to apologize for the delay. We ended up having to pack up our food and leave after waiting 105 minutes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"What a great place. Recommended by friend bartender who works here on Sat for drag queen brunch. Fun environment. Lots of dancing and music, and the two are hilarious. "It's on the other side of town for me, but once we got there it was well worth the travel! Small but intimate. Friendly atmosphere. The waiter was very personable. The menu is well proportioned. We both had the shirt rib sandwich (which was fucking awesome! I had a side of chips and sweet plantains, while my lady had a side salad and mac&cheese( I personally wasn't a fan of the Mac. But then again it wasn't for me we also had milkshakes! My lady had the strawberry shake, while I had the bananas foster shake. Both were on point! Everything came up to about $66. All in all great experience and food! We'll definitely be back!"
