"Ok food, but the prices are high and your order takes 3 times as long as they tell you. I placed an online order for pick up and they confirmed it would be ready in 15 minutes. After arriving 20 after I ordered, my food wasn 't ready and they said they needed more time. While waiting, we watched two different people who went through the drive thru get their food before us. I understand being short staffed, but they 're not handling customers in the right order. Additionally, 45 minutes after ordering, I still don 't have my food. Then I got the food but my order was wrong. I ordered a Classic Chicken Burger and they made a Classic Burger. The way it was packaged, I had no way to know until I got home and I was too exhausted after that to bother going back. Will not return."
