"Was in town for the COMOM charity dentistry event and wanted something fresh and peaceful for dinner. DCs was everything I had hoped for. The Mango Salsa Halibut was perfectly cooked, sitting on a comeback risotto with steamed veggies. I was so happy with the variety of side veggies, a little of everything, like 10 different veggies in the Medley. The mood was very warm and secret. Gabi was a friendly and attentive server. I definitely come to Pueblo for the next time."
