"I've never had a bad restaurant experience before, but this time was a different story. We had made reservations through OpenTable, but upon arrival, the staff was unaware of our booking. As someone who works in customer service, I felt sorry for our waiter as they seemed unprepared for our large party. The chicken parmesan was overcooked to the point where it was difficult to cut through, and our orders were mixed up by the waiter. Even when a colleague tried to help, they commented on the waiter's incompetence. The salmon on the salad was undercooked, the pizza was delivered to the wrong table, and the pot roast potatoes were hard and cold. With a bill totaling $400 and half the food left uneaten, we felt the meal was not worth the price. While the location may be good for a drink in downtown, I would advise avoiding the food due to the poor service and overpricing."
