"The restaurant was very busy, so we had to make a reservation online. However, the front end/host could improve by fully reading the reservation list before telling customers there is a 30-minute wait and putting them to the side. It would be better if tables were cleaned immediately after being vacated for the next customer. Unfortunately, they were out of broccoli, so I had to choose another side and pay extra for it. Despite these issues, our waiter Andrew was very friendly and attentive, despite being extremely busy."

"It was my birthday, I made reservations for 7:00pm. We weren't seated until 7:30! I had at least 25 guest celebrating with me. The waitress seemed irritated with us asking her for simple things like refills. There was a waiter named Jeremy who assisted her and he was very pleasant and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. We all put our entree orders in around 8:15 but was not served until 10:00 pm. This made my guest want to leave. The manager came out several times and assured us that our food would be out soon but it took 2 1/2 hours for us to eat! I feel like the staff was not prepared for a large group and it definitely was proven."

"We made reservations because it was Christmas Eve and there wasn't much else available in town. Open Table sent a text 30 minutes prior to remind us of our time slot. When we got to the restaurant the door was locked but there were people inside tables. When someone was leaving we walked in and receptionist told us they had been closed for 2 hours! I showed her our text and asked for the manager and she told me that she was dealing with another customer. When we asked where we might try another restaurant since we were coming from out of town, she had no ideas! It was just a poorly trained, unhelpful staff. Bad taste in my mouth for Fridays!"

"The waitress was able to get us the burgers taken off the bill but all in all this was not worth the parking I paid and the time it took to get there. We ordered an appetizer that never made it to the table EVER! The burgers were all burnt and you could tell the grill wasn't clean. I ordered a turkey burger separate from the other burgers and couldn't even eat it because the char was so strong it gave me upset stomach eating a few bites. The mash potatoes were good and the waitress was nice BUT I could have went anywhere for burnt burgers that didn't require me to pay extra for parking. In fact, my hotel offered burgers so we went hoping to get the specialty apps that never came."
