"Sa at the bar, immediately approached by the bartender. Our drinks ordered, a few minutes later bartender came back to get our food orders. Food came hot and with the right items I didn't want (salsa) on the Quesadillas, and I had asked the sour cream and guacamole. Was not a busy night, but I still appreciated the food and service taste. Will definitely go back, I have been there several times and never experienced any problems with waiter, kitchen or food."

"The restaurant was very busy, so we had to make a reservation online. However, the front end/host could improve by fully reading the reservation list before telling customers there is a 30-minute wait and putting them to the side. It would be better if tables were cleaned immediately after being vacated for the next customer. Unfortunately, they were out of broccoli, so I had to choose another side and pay extra for it. Despite these issues, our waiter Andrew was very friendly and attentive, despite being extremely busy."

"Horrible experience!! Waitress was great but food absolutely aweful. First food came out cold after waiting forever. Sent back to be heated but was told the we’re gonna remake it all. 5 mins later food came out. Now the first time took 30 to mins, but this only 5. So we were a little skeptical. Tens mins later a new waiter comes to the table with another order of our food and was confused why we already had food. He took it away and it was never explained, but pretty sure we didn’t get the new order of our food."

"Worst experience ever .went to Farmingville location the food was extremely disgusting and drinks tasted as if something bad was in the water and ice cubes had to send it back. Terrible terrible food and service. Had to deal with Nats hovering over our table and food the whole time even the waiter was swatting nats with his hand .. not to mentioned being handed glasses with juice running all down the side of glass .the response was oh it spilled while bringing it to you. Who says that??? No napkins to even wipe the mess instead he just gave us glasses as they were with sides sticky and all. Floors are sticky as you walk you feel your shoe stick to them , tables are dirty as the staff continuously seat customers: I’m the dirty conditions it’s just not not clean . I’m Praying I don’t get sick if I do you will be hearing from me . Zero stars if I could I want my MONEY BACK! Spending over $128 for garbage service and food ..For all the money I spent you should be ashamed . Worst ever! Very disgust and disappointed. Extremely sad because I have been going to Tgif since 2006 by far this is the worst experience compared to others . This place needs to shut down Update on my review for my visit on 9/23/23 (The next day 9/24/23) I see They ran my credit card again for another $128.09 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION after we left the resteraunt now I have a charge of $256.18 in my bank account WHY did you double charge me ? I need this to be rectify ASAP!!!!"
