"Rob your dm has effectively blindsided and fired entire staffs of people for little to no reason other than he rubbed elbows with someone he likes more. So he will blindside people who have been working there for years to throw some random person in ur position while demoting you. I’ve never worked for a company that demoted people so they can offer your position to someone else and I’ve seen it happen multiple times and it also happened to me. People who have had no formal write ups and no formal feedback are getting fired or demoted."
