"I was looking for chicken or fish options, but found Culvers to be expensive. Unfortunately, the Chicken Coop in Plainwell is no longer there, and KFC was not really an option for me. The service was rushed even though the restaurant wasn't busy, and they nearly forgot our drinks, which we had to ask for. We ordered a 5-piece chicken strip meal with curly fries and two drinks, which ended up costing us $20. I wish we had gone to Lee's or Long John Silver's in Kalamazoo instead, as they offer better quality food and more of it for the same price."

"I filled out the questionnaire on the receipt asking to be contacted but no one has contacted me I go through the drive thru and ask about the hamburger I didn’t see it and they said it’s out there either on the right or left I said I don’t see it what comes on it they told me I asked hold the onions, well when I got my order the sandwich bun was covered in the sauce it was so soggy it was all over the wrapper, the onions were not left off I had already drove home I wasn’t driving back I am in the restaurant fast food business myself I know customers should get treated better than that The other sandwich was a beef n cheddar there was no cheese at all on the sandwich We were very disappointed especially since we love Arby’s and eat there at least 12 times a month"

"It's conveniently located in Paradise Valley Mall on the outer circle road around the mall parking lot on the Tatum side. It's never too busy. It's never a long wait. The staff is always professional and friendly. I've always liked the quality of food at Arby's and it still is doin it for me, especially the chicken strips and and the number of potato cakes that you get with the large order (I think it's five) for less than a dollar more than the order of two. But I gotta watch my waistline."
