"I made a reservation on OpenTable, to make a return visit, where a few years before, we had experienced the Ultimate Fish Sandwich. When we arrived there however, inspite of our Open table reservation, we found that food service stopped at To say that we were disappointed would be an understatement! Susan, the bartender/server- went to tell the manager, Kevin Kremer, who went into action to try to get us a reservation at a restaurant in the adjacent hotel. Susan went in the kitchen and found the Chef, Brian Love and told him the story. Chef Love said it would take him a few minutes to "restart" the kitchen, but he would be happy to cook for us! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE BEST!!!!! The sandwich did not disappoint! Blackened Grouper on a toasted and buttered, house made bun, lettuce, tomato and roumalade! Perfection! An amazing sandwich and exemplary customer service!!!"
