"The overall ambiance was great fun and everyone enjoyed the music and atmosphere. However, the food was not good. The bier cheese soup was not edible. To salty with the texture of wallpaper paste. Was not able to taste any beer or cheese in it because of the saltiness of it. Hubby’s pork loin was actually hard on the ends and the potatoe dumpling was inedible, as was the sour kraut. Issues with the schnitzel included one tasted fine, but the other had an unpleasant taste of Parmesan Cheese!Everyone in our group had issues with the food not being good. I want to stress this had NOTHING to do with our server. She was very nice and worked very hard to serve us and the other customers she had. We have been here before and had great food so this was very disappointing. Someone at the table said that they thought that because of it being so hard to get help that maybe the kitchen was understaffed and overwhelmed.
