"This place used to be one of the best in our area. Today I got a pulp. Only a girl worked and when she said 15 min for the pulpits to be ready, I felt bad she was the only one that worked there. I came back later and there was another girl who baked new Brezel approach. Okay, two workers. This is better, still really hard for them even that it was a Monday afternoon during the spring break in an almost empty shopping center. In fact, there were 4 workers working in this place at the time. The place was dirty, garbage everywhere, no ice cream for the drinks! And only nugget Brezels. Terrible management. Four workers and they can clean or throw the garbage? The store wasn't full. Only 5 customers. And 4 workers, 2 of them on the back and one of the hardworking girls had to go back and get them. I'm glad the Brezel was good as usual. But very dirty, a broken door, no ice, no pulp. We really love this place. Please wear some love."
