"So disappointed by the service. At some point, it literally went in without being recognized by anyone. Decided to sit on an outside table, with multiple tables that are maintained, and again NOT ONCE was recognized by each server that we only waited for them to help the other tables. It wasn't until we literally had to starve a server they came to us and just said hi, you want to drink. No, sir, I want respect like any other customer. Waited over 15 minutes and the first thing that would have done should have been a sincere apology. At this point, my business would have been earned, but it wasn't. In any case, NOT will come back."
