"for the receipt. I wanted to pick it up. brought it home and realized that one of the wings I had paid for had no soaking on it? brought it back to buffalo wild wings and told them the situation. I said the person who works on the theke, which I originally ordered. he went back to the kitchen. he comes out and informs me that the source I originally ordered was out? So it took an hour after 30 minutes to make my order and 30 minutes after I took my order to realize that they were from the sosse that I demanded? and then has the nerve to serve me sauceless, simple wings? without asking for an ersatzsauce? and when I get back my corrected order, I realized that all they did was put the sauce on the chicken wing and not gave up the order again. So I was served cold food. not only was the communication not present, but as always, the huh is hard, gum-like and overcooked. eating is never fresh when an order for pickup. it is clear that these people do not pay attention to how they make them eat, how fresh it is, or even get their order right. horrific customer service and horrific execution of food seems to increase them to a high standard. not worth it anymore."

"Very lazy staff. Manager sat us at a filthy table then stared at his phone for over an hour. Food was luke warm and wasn't hot or fresh. Wasn't asked for refills with obvious empty drinks. It was dead not even busy. Ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until we were all done eating dinner. I've worked in food for many years and the service was just terrible. I don't like complaining but it was just that bad."

"I ordered 6 wings and small order of fries to go. It took me 2 hours to get my order. When I got my order it only had 5 wing. I asked for the young lady. She with s smart mouth says I'll get you another one. She comes back with an attitude. And gets smart and asked as if she wanted to hit me. So another worker pushed her into the office. "I agree with previous reviewer, this BWW location was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online today for to-go order. I was ten minutes early; food was ready. Got back to eat lunch, boneless wings were obviously old, cold, salty, overcooked and disgusting! Wings didn’t have enough mild sauce to cover each wing. Fries were cold and hard as well! I threw the rest away. Waste of time and money. Never again! I would not recommend this location to anyone!"

"Second time here and the food was really good. We got One Appetizer of nachos with no meat which was really good and we got large fries and 20 piece tradtional wings. 10 Original buffalo and 10 garlic parmesan. The wings are so crispy even though they were stacked with sauce which made it really good. Also the orginal buffalo i dont think it was hot enough. I think they should put it down to the orange color scale. Best wings i have to say. Aso our waitress tarah was really nice. P.S the pictures are a lil edited for good color"

"As a truck driver, I rarely have the opportunity to order food while I'm on the road, but I had that chance today. When I placed my order online, the system didn't apply my birthday reward. Fortunately, the manager overheard my conversation with the cashier and quickly took action to resolve the issue without delaying my return to the truck. My food was ready when I arrived, and they prepared my drink fresh. The cashiers were friendly, and the manager was attentive, demonstrating that he pays attention to what's happening in the store, no matter where he is. I’m not sure if I’ll be passing through this area again, but if I do, I’ll definitely stop here with my husband for lunch."

"Nice place for a relaxed night. They have big TVs, so it is the perfect place to watch games with friends and have drinks. Highlight: Buy one for wings on Tuesday. 10 choices of wing flavors. Personal recommendation is mango habanero if you love spicy. They also have specialized tastes from time to time. Loaded ice cream with chips and caramel is served for desserts. The only regret is that I think they cook the wings first, so that the taste comes only from the outer sauce. It is understandable how it works quickly."

"We have been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, but it has really gone downhill. The quality is lacking and the prices for wings are way too high now. Tonight, there was no manager around to address our concerns. We waited almost 2 hours, not by choice, and it took an average of 14 minutes to get a drink after placing our order. Even simple vanilla ice creams for the kids took 13 minutes to arrive. The tables were dirty and the bar area was not well maintained. The bartender was incredibly slow and there was only one waitress for the whole bar area. It's not worth talking about. This place won't survive much longer with this management or lack thereof. Save yourself some time and stay away for the sake of your health."

There is no smoking area, but there are both bar and dining tables inside. They offer a fantastic selection of wing flavors, and the waitstaff were knowledgeable in helping us with our initial order. They also have delicious medium-sized burgers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."
