"I absolutely adore the tortilla soup at this restaurant and always make sure to order it whenever I visit. It is incredibly hearty with delicious chunks of vegetables and a delightful little corn cake that is sweet and flavorful. Unfortunately, I couldn't resist eating the corn before I could take a picture. Their margaritas are served in square-stemmed glasses, adding a unique touch to the experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they now recognize us when we come in. Pauline was especially fantastic today. The restaurant is vibrant and inviting, clean and currently operating at full capacity."

"I used Open Table to request a Lunch reservation for work crew of 10 with space for boxes holding our secret Santa gifts. La Palapa provided a private room upstairs, and we were comfortable to speak and joke freely. I ordered the refreshing and delicious signature mojito and the tilapia, which was cooked perfectly (not dry) served with a sauce that did not overwhelm the light fish. We all thought the drinks, food, and service were great. Returning with family, friends or for work happy hour is in our future."

"It was our first time dining here and I have to say I'm super impressed. We will definitely be returning. I had the Tex-Mex with the charro beans and every bit of it was amazing. The beef enchilada had a wonderful flavor and was not drowning in sauce, the tamale was nice and tender, and the charro beans were fantastic, to say the least. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. We were waited on right away, our food came out hot and delicious, and our cups, chips, and salsa were always full. I was part of a party of 4, that included a very picky 4-year-old, and everyone was equally satisfied with our decision to dine here as well as to return."

"Me? My family would take us and it seriously the standard for my pallet, which is good quality authentic Mexican food. This is the place I compare other restaurants in the area because it is just so dang good! My favorites are the Tacos dorados and the Pollen-Don Manuel, get this with one side of tortillas and oh my goshh it divine. The chips and salsa are the best I ever had in my life. I was in many Mexican restaurants and very few have comparable to the quality here in hacienda. I have observed that this place from a hole in the wall to what it is now, and I am so proud of the owner and the family, the chefs, servers for putting into hard work to make this place great. Amazing food, great service and cheap. Customer for life!"

"sweet little place with a few different vegan cheese options listed on their menu. they have vegan tacos, mol, and they can even make fried jalapeños filled with cashew cheese. amazing! "We have both eaten here on the patio and gotten takeout. One of our favorite places to eat in Worcester. Everything we've had has been delicious! We most often order pork tamales, sopes with chorizo, grilled fish tacos, street tacos, and churros. Nothing we wouldn't recommend, honestly! Plus, their freshly made house hot sauces are amazing, especially the green one.Parking: Behind building, a limited number of spots, and street parking is often full. I've seen folks park in the lot across the street and walk over. Be careful as it is a very busy street."
