"Burger King is always one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their burgers, original chicken sandwich and their fries. This location had a great meal deal for 2 people. You get two King burgers which are doubles and good size. Or you can get the original chicken sandwich or mix match the two. They also came with 2 orders of fries and 2 fountain drink's. This is very convenient if you're working in downtown Cleveland bc it's only a couple minutes from the basketball arena and the baseball field"

"Actually zero stars the manager needs to be fired, the headsets need to be fixed because when you order nothing can be heard so you are stuck with the wrong order and then they make you pay for thier mistake. The store should swallow the cost adjustment when thier stuff dosent work get things fixed. I live by, but will no longer be giving them my business ever again"

"Two Tacos for 1.69 a great deal! The restaurant is very clean bright and organized. The selection of soft drinks is impressive. This Burger King offers HC products which on a hot and humid day is very refreshing. The staff here is very customer friendly knowledgeable and energetic. Tiffany is the best employee at this establishment. She is very enthusiastic intelligent and dedicated to providing one hundred percent customer satisfaction each day. "Decent Burger King. The entrance is closer to the Dollar Tree, which is kind of tricky. We ordered at the Drive-thru, which was spacious enough and in clean condition. The food presentation was great, compared to other restaurants that have grease all over the items, and it was also tasty. I docked a point because they need to work on customer service. The girl that gave us our food was extremely rude, didn't give us napkins and was trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible, even though it was not busy (there were only 2 cars in-line including us) and it was in the early afternoon."

"Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've been going here for years and in my experience this location is always super fast and friendly and the food is always decent. I don't know what the deal is with all these overly negative reviews. I've had to pull up front and wait, but only when feeding groups of 8 people or more. When you order that much food a wait is expected. The only issue I've had here is with their veggies. Sometimes they are a little stingy with them. And sometimes the quality is really hit or miss. (I don't think most people are as fussy about the texture of tomatoes and lettuce or the crunch factor of onions as I am though."

"my family came in to get food and we stopped going through. we let the woman know we needed a moment. how we look at the menu and make decisions. we are constantly interrupted and rushed until we were told to drive because there are other cars. we look back, there is no one else in the line and so we moved around and chose to come and go. even then the place was empty and still no cars so was not sure why we were hurried. after all that half my eating was not fresh, the sprite was out, but didn't know until we were on the street and I had to get a drink somewhere else. So I wasn't as happy at all, as everything was supposed to be fresh and nothing should have been out."

"Fantastic burger king experience. I ordered my usual original chicken sandwich with extra mayo. I really like BKs mayo btw. It really ties the sandwich together beautifully. I also ordered the *NEW* ZESTY SAUCE. I have to say I don't really like it. I really loved the original but this new recipe can take a hike. But the employees have no control over this so it's not going to affect the score. All in all great customer service and correct orders. One thing i have to point out: The fries have taken a step back. I'm not sure if this is a prep issue or frier time issue, but more often than not i'll get white and floppy fries rather than golden brown and crispy. I recommend ordering fresh fries."

"The food itself is a clean, clean place. Someone welcomed us when we came in and the server was friendly. My food is ordered without tomatoes or ketchup, due to a food restriction on nightshade vegetables. The BKs we are going to have no problems with this special order. My husband usually ordered extra, extra pickle for the demand for no tomatoes or ketchup and rarely the burger has an additional pickle, only two. "
