"Can I just ask why aren't team members not greeting their customers or guiding them to the line? Either they need more staff to improve the customer's experience. I had to wait at the pick up area for a while before someone asked me how I can be helped. I'm doing Doordarsh and pick up an order but this experience doesn't make me want to try or recommend this place. Hope it improves ?"
