"I am beyond disappointed with my experience here today. We brought some friends because we enjoyed the food so much the first time we?d thought it would be a good time. The service we received from the girl in the store was HORRIBLE. She acted like she didn?t know anything and laughed at my friend when she asked for a condiment. The food was good but the drinks??? They were okay but not nearly worth the price that is not even listed on the menu. My meal said it would come with a garlic bread and when I asked for the bread she acted like I was stupid then proceeded to say they don?t do that anymore; even though it?s on the menu. The rum punch is $18 and not listed anywhere on the menu which I think is absolutely atrocious. Spent $100 to get horrible customer service, criminally over priced drinks without being told a price before hand, and some okay food. Even worse is when we went and tried to resolve the issue the owner of the store didn?t care one bit and actually laughed at my boyfriend on the phone. Will never be going to this horrible place again. Hopefully they learn some actual customer service."
