"On Monday evening 03/28 my neighbors and I went to Willy McCoy's in Champlin, as we have done many times as they offer 1/2 price on Burger. As always the service was great, food was very good. We met Kim. I want to tell you that she has excellent customer service skills. My burger was a bit too cool and Kim immediately came to our table and expressed her concern. THAT is excellent customer service. She treated us and made our night a very pleasant experience. Customer service, good customer service is a hard thing, and Kim should teach the ability. It is a great example of managing and holding customers in the foreground of company success. Thank you. Kim."
