The gan zazang 간짜장 ranks among the best globally, with a light smokiness that makes the sauce all the more satisfying. The jjamppong 짬뽕 broth, while full in flavor, wasn’t my favorite. The kkan-pung shrimp 깐풍새우 perfectly crispy, yet saucy, but the shrimp itself could have been bigger, given the price point."
