"I personally think that restaurant business is not only for grocery business, but also and more human business. Why? If it's just for grocery business, you don't have to make up, dress well and go there. You just stay at home, carry PJs and leave your favorite food delivered. If I need to see someone and talk, I want to go out somewhere with beautifully designed interiors, quiet nice music, good food and drinks and good service. TEISUI is perfect for it. Your menu is very creative; made by Chef Mr. Taguchi, who is always behind sushi counters. The place is perfect size for Mr. Taguchi to watch his customers enjoy his food. Recently, I began to try his sushi, but I've gone the restaurant quite often. I thought I knew Sushi very well, but I was wrong. As he prepares his fish for sushi, a new discovery was for me. He ages some fish for 3 or 5 days, depending on what kind. I had matured for 5 days Jack nigiri Sushi. It was only OMG Sushi. Sweet fish fat, sufficient chewiness, flower like taste, WOW! every bite was mouthwater. The notes of this restaurant are not just the sushi. The OMOTENASHI server (Japanese word for hospitality is really excellent. I became a great fan of this restaurant and can rely on any special occasion; e.g. birthday, guests from Japan or other countries or meeting for boys to be friend!!"
