"I have been to Kendall's many times. While in recent years it has not been known for its culinary excellence, neither has it been terrible, and the ready access to the theaters is a plus in the rain. But last night was a first. The restaurant was nearly deserted, which should have clued me in. There were several unavailable items on the menu. The bread basket--usually a plus with its warm, freshly baked baguette--was abominable. A few slices of limp baguette and two dry rolls without the third cranberry roll listed. And so it went. The service in such an empty house should have been assiduous but was also lacking. All in all a very disappointing experience. Save your money."
